1. The first step is to open your Eduvision portal and click the highlighted menu icon
2. Click Announcements
3. Click Compose Mail and choose options to send to Eduvision Users, Other Recipients and an Excel listing that you can upload
4. For this example, Click Eduvision Users
5. Click Select Portals to select the Eduvision Portal you want to communicate with
6. Click the portal you want to select
7. Click Roles to communicate people in a particular role or all roles
8. In this example, Click Channel Manager to communicate with all channel managers in that portal
9. Click the highlighted calendar to select a send date and time
10. Use the calendar, hour and minute options to set the time for your announcement to be sent.
11. Click your desired time zone
12. Enter your Mail Subject * (this is required)
Look at the email content area and notice the information there about shortcuts you can use to customize and personalize your message
13. Click in the email content area. Enter your email content here.
Use the suggested shortcuts, if you desire, to personalize your message
14. Click Preview to see your message
15. Preview your message. Then click Close
16. Click Schedule Send
And you are done!
