19 STEPS
1. The first step is to open your Eduvision Portal and click the highlighted menu icon
2. Click Create User
3. Click First Name * and type the name
4. Click Last Name * and type the last name
5. Click Desired User Name *. This is a short name using letters and numbers that the user wants to use
6. Click Select Role * to get the options available
7. Click the role you want to select for this user A site administer can manager your entire Eduvision portal. An Advanced Channel Manager can manage channels and has more administrative powers
8. A Channel Manager can manage channel users and videos, a Contributor can upload content to a channel, a Viewer can view videos
9. Click Password *
10. Click Retype Password *
11. Click Email *
12. Click Phone Number *
13. Click Alternate Phone Number and add the number, if using this feature
14. Click Advanced Settings
15. Select the option you want.
Embed code access to enable use of embed codes, create channel for this user using their first and last names, live management to enable them to manage live events, and Site Based Reports for reporting
16. Click Create User and you are done adding your user.
17. Click Notifications to set preferred notifications for this user
18. Use the on/off toggles to set user notification preferences.
If you are interested, you can Click Inventory to see the inventory of videos for this user (currently none)
19. You can also Click Analytics to see the usage analytics for videos for this user (currently none)
