This video walks through the 4 reporting options in Eduvision

17 STEPS

1. The first step is to open your Eduvision portal and click the highlighted menu icon

2. Click Asset Reports to see the assets (videos, documents, etc) in your entire portal and in specific channels

3. Click Channel - 730 Assets to see a list of channels to choose from

4. Scroll or search and click the channel you want to see. In this case, I selected Eduvision Help (115) which has 115 assets

5. Click Search if you would like to search for a particular video or keyword

6. If you would like to select a date range for your video selection, Click Uploaded From to set start date

7. Click Uploaded To and select an end date

8. Click Search to get your list

9. Your list selection will show below.
Note that you can Click the Excel icon to create a spreadsheet of your selection. You will see the download on the bottom left of your screen.

10. To get another type of report, click the highlighted menu icon

11. Click Viewership Reports

12. Here is your Viewership Report.

This report works the same way as the asset report. You can select your channel, search for keywords or titles, set start and end dates to customize your selection, and export to an Excel spreadsheet

13. Go back to the portal menu as before and then Click Quiz Reports/ This provides reports with results for the quizzes you have delivered in your video(s)

14. You can see your list of quiz results. Click the highlighted Excel icon to export and download your quiz report.

15. Select start and end dates for the quiz results you want to see. Click Download

16. To see the final report available, go back to the portal menu, then Click Live Reports

17. Here you can see your live event reports. This report works the same way as the other reports to enable you to customize your selections and export your results.

That's it. You are done exploring the reporting options
