1. The first step is to open your Eduvision portal and click on the highlighted menu icon
2. Click Manage Site
3. Start with naming your site. The Site Name will be yourselectedname.eduvision.tv
4. Click Website URL to enter your school/company website URL. Then fill in the address and time zone information.
5. Click Office / Admin Name and enter your site administrator's information: name, email, and phone.
6. Click Custom Help URL for your own support team and a text description of your help team (these are optional). You might say xxx (your school/company) Support Team
7. Click Advanced
8. You can toggle options on and off to show features and information on your home page, including buttons for asset upload and live events and enabling viewers to rate videos and show the number of views. You can pick # of video rows on home page.
9. Here you can choose whether to enable users to group their assets and enable/disable viewers to create and upload assets to your portal.
10. You can also set the default player volume and choose how long you want to show a pay per view video before purchase to give viewers a sneak peak into the video's contents.
11. You can choose how many rows of pay per view videos to show on each page.
12. Click Asset Settings
13. Here you can toggle on/off options to enable comments, autoplay, video quizzes, sharing on social media and sharing from an embed on your site.
14. Click Choose to upload a Hotspot image that will show on the upper right of your video and when clicked, will go to the URL specified in Hotspot URL. This is optional.
15. Click Live Settings
16. You can simulcast your Eduvision live stream video on social media. Here you can add your Facebook Persistent Key, your YouTube Stream Key, your Twitter/X and Instagram information. If needed, ask Google how to find this information.
17. Click the highlighted toggle to share/not share your event on social media channels.
18. Click the highlighted Excel button to get a summary of your channel information.
19. Click Embed Code
20. Click toggles on/off to redirect video links to your embedded portal on your site or to share your assets from your embedded site.
21. Click Home Page Row Count to choose how many video rows you want to show on your embedded portal on your site.
22. Click Host Site URL to enter the URL of your site that contains the embedded portal.
Click Save Changes to save all of your changes to your portal.
That's it. You are done.
