16 STEPS
1. In this video, I'm going to show you how you can edit and manage your live events.
First, click or hover over the highlighted Menu Icon
2. Click Manage Events
3. You will see the list of events you have set up.
You can see the title, the cover image, start and end times and time zone.
You can edit your video settings by clicking on the highlighted Edit Icon
4. Once you are in edit mode, you can change any or all of the settings on this page and also you can select any of the options in the top tabs to change other feature settings.
5. As an example, you can click Recurrence to change the recurrence settings.
6. In this example, I switched from weekdays to all days of the week. Click All Days
7. Click Save Changes
8. Since this is a recurring event, you will get the option to make the changes on just one event or to apply the changes to all future recurreces. In this case, I chose to click Only for this event
9. You can see your event display page by clicking on Broadcast
10. Here you can get your RTMP and Stream Keys for OBS Studio setup. Click Copy and add the data to OBS Studio if you have not already done so.
You can then Pretest your Event Settings
11. On the Event Management page, there are two more options in addition to edit, which we just explored.
You can also click the Broadcast Icon to take you to your broadcast page
12. Here you are on your broadcast page where you can manage settings and watch your live event. To get back to the Manage Event page, click Back to Listing
13. You can also get your share codes directly from the Event Management page by clicking the Codes Icon
14. Click the highlighted Codes Icon
15. Here you can click Copy to get the links or embed code to share your event video
16. Note that you can also get to your broadcast page anytime by clicking on the highlighted Stream Icon.
That's it. You have successfully managed your event.
