20 STEPS

1. Open your Eduvision portal and click the highlighted menu icon

2. Click Eduvision Playlists to create a playlist of 2 or more videos that are in your channel(s) that you own or contribute to.

3. Click Click here to create a new playlist

4. Click Title * to add a title to your playlist

5. Click Auto Approve and choose either Auto Approve (default) or Stay Private Always so your playlist is only visible to viewers who have the link

6. Click Auto Approve

7. Under Available Videos, you will see a list of videos you can choose to add to your playlist.
Click on the highlighted Plus sign to add a video to your playlist. All selected videos will show in the right hand column.

8. Here a second video was added to the playlist.

9. Click Description (Optional) to add a description of your playlist - or leave it blank

10. You can re-order the videos in your list by clicking on the up and down arrows.

11. You can see the video has moved. You can move up and down until you have the order you want.

12. To save, click Create Playlist

13. Click Back to Listing to see your playlist

14. You have 3 options here--you can edit the playlist, get the codes for the playlist or delete it. Here we are clicking to edit the playlist.

15. Click the highlighted plus icon to add another video to the playlist

16. Click Save Changes when you have made all the changes you want.

17. Click Codes to get the links you can use to share your playlist with others

18. Click Copy for whichever link type you want to choose. I chose an external player.

19. This is how your playlist will appear to your viewers. They will see the thumbnail of the first video and it will play the full series. They will also see the title and description of the first video

20. That's it. You are done.
