You can upload up to 50 files and you can select thumbnails, channels, caption options and share them with all 50 files. This is a great time saver.

1. In this video, I'm going to show you how you can upload up to 50 files into your Eduvision portal.

The first step is to open your Eduvision portal and with your mouse, click the highlighted menu

2. Click Bulk Upload

3. Click Select files to upload up to 50 files. You can select or drag files from anywhere

4. You can upload a thumbnail image right here. Click highlight and choose an image you'd like to use. After your video has uploaded, you can choose up to 5 images. Images can be selected directly from the video and/or uploaded

5. You can select your channel here. Click click channel highlighted to select a channel.

6. Scroll down and click the channel you wish to use

7. If you'd like this channel to be used for all of your uploaded videos, click the icon highlighted

8. Click Proceed to approve using this channel for all uploaded videos

9. To set closed caption settings, click the CC icon highlighted

10. You will be taken to the edit page. Scroll down and click the arrow highlighted to select your desired option for captions

11. Click your desired option.
We selected automatic captions. If you select manual captions, you will be provided the option to upload your caption file. Or you may simply skip captions.

12. Click the arrow highlighted to select the source language in your video. You can select up to 104 languages, all of which can be translated into the Translation Language in the next step

13. Click Caption Type highlighted to select the language you want your captions translated to. The languages provided here were chosen for your Eduvision portal.

14. Click the language you desire to have your captions translated to.

When your video is complete, you will have two versions available to you. Captions in the source language and in the translated language.

15. Click Back to return to your upload page to potentially make more changes to your uploaded files.

16. Click Start Upload when you have made any changes you want and are ready to upload your files.

17. If you'd like to make more post-upload changes, you can click the edit icon highlighted.

18. In this case, I'd like to select a thumbnail image from the video itself. To begin, click Play

19. Click Pause when you find the image you'd like to use. Note: you can scroll through the video quickly to find the image you wish to use

20. TO use this image for your thumbnail, scroll down and click the icon highlighted

21. To upload an image for your embed image, click the icon highlighted and upload an image you'd like to use

22. Scroll down and click Save Changes .

23. Note that you can see a menu of advanced options over the top of your video. As an example, you can click Studio to see a number of ways to add value to your video.

24. You can see a number of options here. You can trim 1 or more sections of your video, you can edit your captions, add bookmarks and quizzes.

All options come with a handy help video icon to let you view a video to teach you how to use the feature

25. You have now completed your basic bulk video upload. Check out any of the options in this menu to add customization and additional value to your video
