How to Manage Settings for One or More Videos at the Same Time

13 STEPS

1. In this video, I will show you how you can use Manage Assets to change channels and other settings in your videos and change many video settings at one time.

The first step is to open your Eduvision portal and click the highlighted menu icon

2. Click Manage Assets

3. Click Chennel and select a new channel from the list to add this video to another channel

4. If you want to then delete that or any other channel, just click the highlighted x to delete the channel

5. You can select all or as many videos as you want and make these changes to them all simultaneously

This is a great way to move videos from one channel to another, such as moving last year's videos to an archive channel reusing the current channel

6. You can change the priority of the video listing in the channel by selecting up or down as many places as you like.

This simply changes where the video shows up in your channel video listings.

7. Click the highlighted edit icon if you want to edit this video

8. When you are done editing, you can click Back to Listing to get back to the Manage Assets page

9. If you want the video links and embed codes, click the highlighted codes icon

10. Select Copy for whatever link you want and the link will be available for you to paste anywhere you like.

To get back to Manage Assets, click Back to Listing

11. Site Administrators can syndicate content to other partner Eduvision portals. They can click here to select a partner and syndicate the content.

12. You can mark a video as Private by clicking the Private box for any video

13. To save all of your changes, click Save Changes

That's it. You are done.
