45 STEPS
1. The first step is to open your Eduvision portal and click on the highlighted menu icon
2. Click Manage Assets
3. Find a video to add quizzes to and click the edit icon
4. Click Studio
5. Click Quiz
6. Click the highlighted play button
7. Click Add Quiz
8. Click the quiz type you choose
9. At Ask It,you can enter a start time.The time has already been selected at the point where you hit Add Quiz. You can change it here if you like. In the box below Ask It, enter your question
10. Use the answer boxes to provide your multiple choice questions.
11. If you need more answer boxes,click Add More Options
12. One additional answer box will be added at a time. As you need more, continue to click on Add More Options
13. Click on the box on the left
14. Click Add when you are done entering your question
15. Click Save Changes
16. Optional, if you'd like to see the answer, click SHOW ANSWER and the answer will show below.
17. Click Quiz Settings
18. Scroll up and click the down arrow from Advanced options
19. Click Select All to enable all options or select specific options you want.
20. Scroll down and click Max Pause Duration to set how long a student can pause before answering. You can also set max quiz retakes allowed, and max time to answer
21. Click the timer to enter the time you allow for the student to pause before answering the question.
22. Click the option you choose for who can take the quiz. If you choose sign in or registration form, some setup is required.
23. Click Save Changes
24. Scroll and click Quiz List to see the quiz you have just entered
25. Click Add Quiz at another place on the timeline to add another quiz.
26. Click Question Type drop down and in this example, select Yes or No.Look at the box below where you will enter your question.Note that all the usual text editing is there. Also, you can add images and even numerical equations.
27. Use these symbols to add your numerical equation.
28. Enter your equation and click Insert Equation
29. Note that we added a yes or no question to the quiz list for demonstration purposes in seeing how the quiz shows up to the students.
30. You see here a quiz popping up (note that you can't see the question--this is just because of the software we are using to build the tutorial.The quiz question will, of course, show up.You will see an example of this later.
31. The student here click 40 as the right answer to how much is 10*4? student has options to replay the video from the last question or to replay the video from the beginning. Click Submit
32. Here you can see the student requested a replay from the beginning of the video and it is playing. It will stop at the question a re-show it to the student.
33. You can now as a new kind of question toward the end of the video to confirm if users are watching the full video.You can enter the time for this question to pop up.
34. You can select the blue button for the standard question or you can click Create your question and enter it.You can ask students to Enter their full name and email ID and you can also add a hyperlink to direct their next step.
35. Click Add to add the question
36. You can see this question has been added
37. Click Information Request (below the outlined selection above) to ask for any information you would like to gather from the students.
38. Fill in your question and click Add
39. Click Ask At * to select the time that the question will be asked.It needs to be between the last question and up to 2 seconds before the end of the video.
40. Click Add
41. Click Save Changes
42. Click Codes to get the codes to share and embed your quiz video
43. Click copy to copy the URL provided for the link of your choice.Note that you can also select to create a QR code.
44. Click play to watch the video and see the questions pop up
45. Select the answer and cick Submit You can use the arrow at the top right of the pop-up to show the question to the right of the video.Use the back arrow in the box to get back to the video.
