18 STEPS

1. To use advanced features for your uploaded video(s) and/or other assets, click Advanced

2. Click Assets will be available from If you want your video to be available only during certain dates and times

3. Click highlight to set the start date and time

4. Pick your desired start date and time

5. Click Availability ends on to set the ending date and time your video will be available for viewing

6. Select your desired end date and time

7. If you want additional security for this video and want to add a password viewers need to know to view your video, Click Password

8. If you want to select who can view your video, click the down arrow to choose who can watch your video

9. Click to choose All users can watch or Only Registered users can watch.

10. To manage comments on your video, Click the down arrow and select your choice for enabling comments and who can make them

11. Click Disable Asset Flagging and choose whether to disable asset flagging or to enable either anonymous or non-anonymous asset flagging

12. Optional: Click Searchable Keywords to put in keywords that viewers can use to find your video. Note that your title and description will provide many or most of these keywords if you describe your video well.

13. Click Asset Priority if you wish to enter a higher number to make this video show higher in your asset list for your channel

14. If you want to use a hotspot - a small image at the top right of your video that viewers can click to go to a URL you provide, click choose to select a small image to use

15. If you are using a Hotspot Image, Click Hotspot URL to enter the URL you want viewers taken to if they click your hotspot image in your video

16. Select whether you want captions by default or not for this video.

17. And select Turn ON or OFF captions by default.

18. Click Save Changes

You are done with setting advanced options for your video.

If you have more edits you'd like to make to your video select from the options in the menu above your video.
